The economy:

Rising cost, uncertainty in the job markets and desire for change are motivating many families to look for jobs in other markets. Here's a little tool that appear a more updated version in stats than some indexes I've reviewed. Of course "$ cost" is only one facet of measurement for making changes. In the tidal wave of the dissolution of family careful consideration should be given to all facets of change.
